CANCELLATION POLICY
as your treatment time is reserved especially for you, a 24 hour notice is required to cancel any appointment without incurring a fee. please be courteous of your estheticians time and that of other clients whom may be on a cancellation list waiting for an appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY
an appointment missed without any cancellation notice will be subject to a $25.00 fee the first time, then the amount of the treatment thereafter. you may be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card reservation.
